Who does Google think I am? →

Had a chuckle over @carmenincalgary’s blog when she stumbled across the fact that Google has inferred she’s a 35-44 year old male based on her interests, which were pretty spot on…

I took the bait to see what Google had dreamed up for me..

They have me pegged as a 25-34 year old female… and the interests have me down pretty well.

Speaking of consumer advocacy… visit the Google Ad preferences page to Opt Out of ads based on inferred demographics if you’re not keen on them tracking your visits to sell to advertisers… They also give you information on this page on how to opt out of other advertising/cookie services that are not part of the google umbrella.
